SAMPLE "TRADE-FOR" MODEL RELEASE
Below is a sample of the model release I'll ask you to fill out before we shoot and sign once we have finished shooting. We'll fill out the form together, and there is a section where we clearly agree on how the photos can be used and where they can be shared.

In exchange for my time as a “trade-for” model, the Photographer and Models, including myself, have the right to edit, reproduce, use, display, publish or re-publish the specified photographic images in accordance with the terms of this release (below), in any media at their studio, place of business, online or elsewhere.
Commercial/Third Party use of the images in any way by the Photographer and Models is strictly prohibited unless specifically agreed in the terms below, or with a separate image specific and jointly compensated agreement.
I waive any right to inspect or approve of the photograph, image, derivative work, caption, compilation, or any other matter occasioned or created by such reproduction, display, publication, or other use, provided such use in accordance with the terms of this release as agreed below.
I understand that the Photographer retains copywrite of the image and all instances the moral right to be identified as the maker of the work or images; and that I am acting without coercion. I hereby release and hold harmless the Photographer, their heirs, and assigns, against any claim or liability as a result of any use of the image by the photographer or models.
I acknowledge that my image may be use by the Photographer for private portfolio presentation in photographic or digital formats.
Usage Terms

The total valuable consideration and full compensation to be rendered to me in exchange for my time and services as detailed in this release, as well as the irrevocable and exclusive right to any photographs, images, or digital works of me shall be as follows:
